Returns Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items from our collections cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hats And Scarves (for hygiene reasons)
  • Frayme Bags (due to their exclusive nature)
  • Any items from the Fall 2022 Collection (as part of our seasonal clearance policy)

Please consider your purchases of these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for them.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete the Returns & Exchanges Request Form below and email it to our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our conscious customer care team will review your request and send you a return authorization email within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Include a copy of your return authorization email in the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns address:

  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours and will appear in your PayPal account.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your returns request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
